Ordering

Creating An Account – please consider this option when placing an order.  This will ensure that you receive valuable information about new products and promotions.

Sales Tax – Juvo is required by state law to collect sales tax from purchasers who are residents of Illinois. 

 
Payment Options – Juvo accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express.  We cannot accept personal checks, cash, Traveler’s Cheques, CODs or Layaway Plan. 

 
Order Confirmation By Email – Once your order is placed, you will receive several emails providing status: That We Have Received The Order and Shipment Confirmation – when your order ships, including a UPS tracking number.  Out of Stock Notice – you will receive this email only if one of the ordered items has become temporarily or permanently out of stock.

   
Changing Or Canceling An Order – Once you have selected “Purchase” with your online order it cannot be changed without Customer Service involvement.  Call 1.847.381.3030 for help.

Shipping

Options - Juvo offers 3 options: Standard Overnight, Economy 2 Day, Express Saver 3 Day FedEx is our preferred carrier.


Shipping Cost - Your order’s shipping, handling cost will automatically be calculated through FedEx for each of the three options when you enter your shipping delivery postal code. 
 

Alaska and Hawaii - There is an additional $5.00 fee for Ground shipments to these states. 
 

Guidelines – Juvo orders ship on business days only, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Standard Time, excluding federal holidays within the United States.  Juvo cannot ship to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses.  A street address must be provided for all orders. 
 

Tracking Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail including a FedEx tracking number.  Visit www.FedEx.com with your tracking number for more detailed delivery information. 
 

Charges – Customer's credit card will be charged shortly after order is submitted.  Once "Complete Your Order" is clicked, the order is automatically processed.

Orders placed prior to 5:00 PM Central Time will ship the following day.

Creating An Account – Simply click on “Create Account” in the upper right hand corner of any Juvo web page and follow the simple instructions.  The benefits: faster checkout as well as access to exclusive promotional offers and product information.

 

Returns

Packing Slip – A packing slip accompanies every customer shipment.  It contains detailed instructions for returning or exchanging an item.  ONLY items purchased via Juvo’s online store may be returned or exchanged directly to Juvo.  Items purchased through a retail store may not be returned directly to Juvo.

Our Pledge – Juvo guarantees all merchandise sold by Juvoproducts.com.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase for replacement or refund, subject to the following important criteria:

All products must be returned unused, undamaged, in original boxes and with all component parts to ensure full credit.

Juvo reserves the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.

Return Authorization Number – If you wish to return an item please call our Customer Service Department @ 1.847.381.3030 for a Return Authorization number.  This number must be prominently displayed on the outside of your package so that it is processed properly at our warehouse.  Failure to clearly write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the return package may delay the refund process.

Return Procedures 
  • Refer to Packing Slip that accompanied the product order for specific instructions.
  • Call  1.847.381.3030 Juvo Customer Service Department to obtain a Return Authorization number.
  • All products to be returned or exchanged must be returned unused, undamaged, in original boxes and with all component parts to ensure full credit.  We reserve the right to refuse a refund request if it does not comply with this policy.  If original packaging is not available, package the product(s) in a standard shipping box to provide adequate protection.
  • Return the bottom portion of the Packing Slip with the order; retain the top half for your records.  Packing Slip bottom half must accompany the return, inside the box.>
  • All return shipping charges must be prepaid.  We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries.
  • Returns ship to: Juvo Products, 1500 Chase Avenue, Elk Grove Village, Illinois, 60007.
  • Keep the return tracking number for the package that you are returning for reference in case of a  problem.
  • The refund or credit will be in the same form as original payment and should be   processed within 7-10 days, after receipt in our warehouse. You will be refunded the shipping cost only if the return is a result of a manufacturer error or a shipping error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items – If you receive a damaged or defective item from juvoproducts.com please call our Customer Service Department @ 1.847.381.3030 right away for either:
  • A replacement for the damaged or defective item which will be sent promptly or  
  • Instructions for returning the damaged or defective item to Juvo for a full refund, including shipping costs.
  • Please indicate that the item was damaged or defective and provide as much specific information as possible.

Safety, Security & Privacy

Secure Shopping Guarantee – Juvo uses GlobalSign SSL encryption technology to help keep its information and the information provided by visitors and customers to our website secure. In the event it is ever determined that such security has been breached, Juvo will act promptly to limit any effects of such breach and to apply such corrective action as it deems appropriate.
 

Privacy Policy – Juvo does not and will not share your personal information collected during the checkout process with any outside companies, with the exception of UPS specific to your name and address for shipping.  We collect personal information solely for shipping, payment and internal customer communication purposes.  See complete Juvo Products Privacy Policy.

Juvo Products Limited Warranty

Juvo Products warrants its products for one year from the date of original purchase to be free from manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship.  This limited warranty is not valid in the event of accidental breakage, abuse or misuse.


This limited warranty is non-transferable and continues solely for the period of ownership of the original purchaser.


If the Juvo product is found to be defective within the warranty period due to material and/or workmanship, Juvo will replace such defective product at no charge.  Customer is responsible for presenting an original purchase receipt for the product and for the cost of shipping for the replacement product.  Indirect, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.  Some states do not allow certain exclusions or limitations and may provide greater rights to consumers.
